Goodbye 30-Day Challenge!

Saturday, August 30th, 2008

Technically, today is the 30th day of the challenge… but since it was held in August, there is an extra bonus day tomorrow.

I can’t believe that I’ve been doing it for 30 days now. I’ve learned so much this month and I can’t thank the guys at #30DC enough.

I would like to thank Ed Dale and his team, from the bottom of my heart, for putting up this challenge. I just hope that other marketers would level up to the kind of quality that you and the team has offered for free.

I can’t tell you enough how valuable all these things I’ve learned from the challenge are and they will definitely help me in both my online and offline business ventures.

I wish I had known about it sooner and informed more of my friends and subscribers. I’m looking forward to joining again next year! Hopefully, I will have a success story to tell!

For those of you who have joined in it as well, I’d like to congratulate you for sticking it out until the end. It wasn’t easy… but I’m sure you’ll agree that its well worth it!

A few reminders though… if you haven’t bought the full version of Market Samurai yet, I suggest that you buy it before tomorrow ends. As a member of the Thirty Day Challenge, you are entitled to buy it for $69.00 (one time fee only). They’re going to sell it for $149 (still cheap, ‘coz I think its worth way more than that) after the challenge is over.

This is not an affiliate pitch or anything… I won’t be earning commissions for recommending them to you at this point. I just think that their product is first class and is every Internet Marketer’s dream tool.

For Wordpress Direct, I bought a Silver Membership for $1 and I’ll be automatically billed after my 30 days is up. I think they charge, $37/month (I’m not sure how much they charge, if you’re going to buy outside of the challenge). For the newbies out there… this is a great tool for you! I still subscribed to them although I know most of the stuff that they’re doing, simply because having them around will give me more time to spend on marketing my products.

Now that I’ve used these two great products, and realized first hand how much they’ve made life easier for me… I must say, “I can’t live without them!” lol!

I got so used to spending time to learn the daily tutorials in the challenge, and I’m sure I’m going to miss spending late nights (sometimes until the wee hours of the morning) on my computer. I guess, its time to say goodbye and start implementing everything I’ve learned.

I hope you guys also found all of these worth your while. Good luck to all of you and hope to see you again in next years challenge!

I’ll give you an update, once in a while, regarding my exploits, using the things I’ve learned from the challenge!

Cheers,

Eric Delos Santos

“Ubiquity” for Firefox

Wednesday, August 27th, 2008

Hey there! Would you like to see something that would freak you out? Watch the video below!

Just kidding!

Well it’s not freaky in the kind of way that you might be thinking… but sometimes, something comes along that’s totally out of this world. Like when man first landed on the moon… or just recently when the robotic spacecraft Phoenix landed on Martian soil!

The video below is a new technology by Mozilla labs. Here’s their description of it: “Today we’re announcing the launch of Ubiquity, a Mozilla Labs experiment into connecting the Web with language in an attempt to find new user interfaces that could make it possible for everyone to do common Web tasks more quickly and easily.”

Can’t see why it’s freaky? Why don’t you go watch the video now!

Ubiquity for Firefox from Aza Raskin on Vimeo.

Freaky huh?!

Well, if you’re not freaked out by it… then you must be from Mars! lol!

What’s next?

Talk soon,

Eric Delos Santos
